The following is an apology I had to give a friend from Fb and I must also send this apology to two organizations all due to COX’ dirty unacceptable behavior:

I’m still here! I’m owed money from COX Cable! I was promised by a supervisor it would arrive no later then Aug 2nd! This was promised twice about 10 days apart…Knowing Aug 2nd to be a Sunday when I didn’t receive my prepaid card on Friday July 31 I tweeted the above tweet to COX and called them! On Friday I was told they finally made my card, ( two & a half months overdue ) and I’m guaranteed it will be mailed within 5 ( business days )! They have been dragging this out since May 19th! Further back down my Twitter timeline there is a bit more activity between COX & I both due to this issue & I finally took action against them for 9 month of messed up internet service which was only fixed when I moved March 13-19, 2015. I am now receiving 2.5 months of both free internet and cable & homophone service and due to them missing the Aug 2 deadline they will have to round it off to 3 months of free service!
I had been given the latest promises by a supervisor named Lupe ( See Link above)…. I asked her and what if if it is not here by Aug 2nd, she replied there is no doubt it will be! I am on SS for physical disabilities and I Usually get my monthly payment around the 26th or 27this of the prior month! I was told Friday the card is finally made out for me and will be sent within 5 business days! I expect to receive the COX payment by the 14th or sooner! I will make good on my pledgue as soon as I receive this payment from COX, or when my next SS payment comes towards the end of this month! WHICH EVER ONE COMES FIRST, MY PLEDGE WILL BE KEPT!
Please understand this is not how I do things! I am known to be very reliable! I tried to make payment to you late last month, I kept receiving the message “something went wrong ….!” I am sorry if this is an inconvenience, this is not ever the way I do things! Feel free to scroll through my Twitter timeline since May 20, 2015 to the present time & you will see activity between me and COX which has already granted me 2.5 free months of phone/cable/internet service and I will pursue an additional 1/2 month from them due to their missing the last deadline of Aug 2nd! I was originally told in March I would have the card by May 19th, then it became June 19th, then July 15th then Aug 2nd which they again missed but I am now assured & it was double and triple checked by 3 calls to 3 COX employees that on Friday July 31st my card was finally made and will be sent the coming week!
Meanwhile, please give me an update on her condition and a link if available so I can check on my own! Thank You!
